Description

Ingredients

  • Butter lettuce or green leaf lettuce
  • Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Deli turkey or ham
  • Roasted veggies
  • Sharp cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • Hummus, mayo, spicy mustard, or avocado
  • Thin-sliced cucumbers
  • Shredded carrots
  • Fresh herbs like basil or cilantro


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry large lettuce leaves.
  2. Layer two leaves together for stability.
  3. Add your protein, spreads, and additional toppings in the center of the leaves.
  4. Fold the shorter ends inward slightly.
  5. Roll from the long side until fully wrapped.
  6. Use parchment paper to secure it if packing for lunch.

Notes

For best results, use ingredients that aren’t too wet. Store wraps seam-side down with a dry paper towel beneath to keep them crisp.
