- Hummus, mayo, spicy mustard, or avocado
- Thin-sliced cucumbers
- Shredded carrots
- Fresh herbs like basil or cilantro
Instructions
- Wash and dry large lettuce leaves.
- Layer two leaves together for stability.
- Add your protein, spreads, and additional toppings in the center of the leaves.
- Fold the shorter ends inward slightly.
- Roll from the long side until fully wrapped.
- Use parchment paper to secure it if packing for lunch.
Notes
For best results, use ingredients that aren’t too wet. Store wraps seam-side down with a dry paper towel beneath to keep them crisp.
