Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Optional: chili flakes for a kick
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
- Add the spiralized zucchini noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle parmesan cheese over the noodles.
- Stir to combine and ensure noodles are coated in cheese.

Notes
You can spiralize the noodles in advance and store them in the fridge. Use a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to make zoodles. Olive oil can be used instead of butter for a dairy-free option.
