Ingredients
- Chicken sausage
- Bell peppers, cut into strips
- Zucchini, sliced into rounds
- Red onion, cut into wedges
- Sweet potatoes, cut into small cubes
- Asparagus, kept whole
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Seasoning (Cajun spice, salt, pepper, garlic powder)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
- Prepare the vegetables by cutting them to appropriate sizes for even cooking.
- In a bowl, combine chicken sausage, vegetables, olive oil, and seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overload.
- Cook for 14-16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- For extra caramelization, increase the temperature for the last three minutes if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
