Description

Quick and easy air fryer chicken sausage cooked with a variety of vegetables for a delicious and healthy dinner.


Ingredients

  • Chicken sausage
  • Bell peppers, cut into strips
  • Zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • Red onion, cut into wedges
  • Sweet potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • Asparagus, kept whole
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Seasoning (Cajun spice, salt, pepper, garlic powder)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by cutting them to appropriate sizes for even cooking.
  3. In a bowl, combine chicken sausage, vegetables, olive oil, and seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overload.
  5. Cook for 14-16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  6. For extra caramelization, increase the temperature for the last three minutes if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
