Description

Delicious and healthy air fryer apple crisps made without sugar, perfect for a quick dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples (Fuji, Honeycrisp, or Gala)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and core your apples. Peeling is optional.
  2. Slice the apples thinly, about the thickness of a playing card.
  3. Pat the slices dry with a paper towel.
  4. Toss the slices with cinnamon and lemon juice if desired.
  5. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  6. Set the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and cook for 9-11 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let the apple crisps cool in the basket before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, consider sprinkling oats or crushed nuts before air frying. Store in a paper bag to maintain crispiness for up to 2 days.
