Delicious and healthy air fryer apple crisps made without sugar, perfect for a quick dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 3 medium apples (Fuji, Honeycrisp, or Gala)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and core your apples. Peeling is optional.
- Slice the apples thinly, about the thickness of a playing card.
- Pat the slices dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the slices with cinnamon and lemon juice if desired.
- Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Set the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and cook for 9-11 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let the apple crisps cool in the basket before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, consider sprinkling oats or crushed nuts before air frying. Store in a paper bag to maintain crispiness for up to 2 days.
